A practical conservative focused on results, functional government, and protecting the stability of American communities.
I’m an IT and security professional, small business leader, and long-time Colorado resident who believes government should operate like real organizations — with accountability, planning, and results. As I embark on my congress campaign, I draw on over 17 years of experience where policy intersects with reality—inside schools, small towns, and secure facilities throughout Colorado. I’ve led teams, managed budgets, and collaborated directly with educators, city leaders, farmers, and small business owners to address real problems with tangible constraints.

Trusted by Schools & Local Governments
I have worked with more than 60 school districts and numerous towns statewide, many located in rural Colorado.
Experience in High-Security Environments
I have participated in government projects requiring Secret clearance, where accountability is non-negotiable. As a political candidate, I am committed to bringing this experience to the forefront.

As part of my congress campaign, I am committed to reducing waste, enforcing accountability, and requiring measurable outcomes for EVERY federal program, ensuring that voters can trust their political candidate, Eric Phelan, to deliver results.
By supporting Eric Phelan's congress campaign, we can lower costs by cutting administrative bloat and focusing resources where they actually improve care, as he aims to be a political candidate dedicated to enhancing efficiency in healthcare.
Supporting schools, farmers, cities, and small businesses with predictable policy and smart investment is a key focus of Eric Phelan's congress campaign as a dedicated political candidate.
I'm about one thing above all else: Representation That Reflects the District. Colorado’s Fourth District isn’t just a talking point; it embodies schools, farms, small towns, and businesses that seek stability and affordability. As a political candidate for Congressional District 4, my responsibility is to represent the people who live and work here: my friends, my family, my neighbors, my communities, and my peers alike—rather than succumbing to political theater or special interests in DC that fund other candidates' actions.
Every election presents a choice not only between individuals, but between different approaches to leadership and representation. For many voters in Colorado’s 4th District, that choice increasingly comes down to what they want their representative to focus on: national political conflict, or practical results that directly improve life at home.
Some styles of leadership emphasize visibility, confrontation, and ideological positioning. While that approach can generate attention, it often leaves many local concerns unresolved. Families across the district continue to face rising living costs, workforce shortages, infrastructure challenges, and frustration with government inefficiency. Addressing issues like these requires sustained focus, practical experience, and a willingness to work constructively toward measurable outcomes.
A different model of leadership centers on problem-solving rather than political theater. It prioritizes understanding how systems actually function — from schools and local governments to small businesses and rural infrastructure — and then applying real-world experience to improve them. This approach recognizes that effective representation is not defined by participation in national political debates, but by the ability to deliver tangible results for communities at home.
Many voters are also seeking greater stability and professionalism in representation. They want leadership that reflects the district’s values: hardworking, grounded, and focused on solutions rather than conflict. They want someone who listens carefully, understands the everyday realities facing families and employers, and works to make government programs more accountable, efficient, and responsive.
There is also a broader strategic consideration in this election. Colorado’s 4th District has long valued balanced, practical representation that aligns with its communities and priorities. However, when voters feel that their concerns are not being addressed effectively, it can open the door for significant political shifts. In a district experiencing rapid demographic and economic changes, maintaining strong representation that resonates with both traditional voters and moderates is increasingly important to ensuring the district’s voice remains consistent with its core values.
Ultimately, the choice before voters is about the kind of leadership they want speaking for them. One path continues an approach centered on national attention and ideological conflict. The other offers steady, pragmatic leadership focused on accountability, stability, and real results for local communities.
For those who believe that representation should be measured by effectiveness, professionalism, and a commitment to solving real problems, this election provides an opportunity to choose a different direction — one rooted in practical experience and focused squarely on strengthening Colorado’s 4th District for the future.
